Do you buy/sell second-hand items? Yes, we do.

Do you repair old locomotives? We certainly do.

Do you offer decoder fitting or weathering? Yes, we do. I need some advice.

Would you be able to help me? Yes. We will certainly do our best to help with your enquiry.

How close are you to Southbourne station? We are 15 minute walk North from the station.

How secure is my data? We are fully PCI compliant and offer the latest security measures to ensure your details are held securely. We only hold customer information for 5 years. It will never be shared with anyone including third parties.

Do you offer any extra discounts for clubs or societies? No, currently we dont.

Do you ship abroad? Yes we do.

Do you accept other forms of payment other than a credit/debit card? Currently we do not accept credit/debit cards. Accepted are cheques, postal orders and bank transfers. We don’t accept PayPal.

What if there is a problem with my locomotive? Please do get in touch as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to rectify any issues as quickly as we can. Items sent in the post are always tracked
